Dobns does not ask you to install any software to your computer. The only way Domainbns interact with you'r computer is through your browser. We don't get to know the programs you're running or what files are residing on your computer.

When you want to buy a service from us, we ask you for your company name, email address, phone number and any such information that might help us deliver the service to  you efficiently. We don't ask your pets name, where your mother was born, your social insurance info and all that personal stuff. The information we ask is for internal use and NOT shared.


We do have access to a certain amount of non-personally identifying information about you.


All web sites, including and, receive information such as; which web pages you came from, which type of browser you are using, what operating system and your general geographic location. When you and others use our tools to share content, we aggregate data about what pages are shared, when, and how. We also assign your web browser a unique identifier. There is a tonne of fraudsters out there and are a major concern to eCommerce websites including ours. We wage wars on fraudsters every single day. We collect extended information on blacklisted or known violators and monitor every step of the way while their on our website.  This information is used to strengthen our security regime and shared with agencies and authorities tasked to put fraudsters out of business.

Paying for Services.


You basically chose a form of payment that suits you. For some transactions, you’re required to use PayPal or a major Credit card. This method is highly efficient and insures that get all the benefits of using PayPal or a major Credit card.

For transactions that involve a significant sum of money, we require you to do a bank transfer. We suggest that you retain the services of an attorney to insure that things are transparent for all parties involved. These transactions may take 5 business days to complete.

Involve a 5% non-refundable down payment. The down payment must be done via Credit card or PayPal immediately after you receive our invoice inorder for us to temporarily remove the domain from the market place. The payment process must be completed within 5 business days for us to effect the sale.


Why a 5% Down Payment?


When you express interest in buying our domains, please be aware that other parties may be interested as well. This is common with domains with a “Make Offer” option. If you want to be the guy we sell to, the deposit gets you the right of lead for the guaranteed 5 days, time sufficient to affect the sale. If things go smoothly, your deposit is credited to your final purchase price. Should you opt out of the transaction, you loose the deposit.


When  do I  get my ownership records?


Insure that you’re using an email you have access to. All sales communication is done through the email you provided to us. You will receive an email with payment instructions immediately and once a payment is done, and all transfer documents have been signed, you will be able to get you records within 14 hours or less.
